Hi!  I own this site!

I live in Vancouver, BC, Canada.   I work as a professional so I don’t look like a stereotypical metalhead most of the time.

I’m 25 years old and my favourite band is Clutch, which incidentally does not qualify to be included in the Encyclopedia Metallum, which is just as well because if it did, you’d have to endure a novel-length rant about how and why they are great. My metal tastes, at the time of this writing, are almost entirely rooted in either the doom, sludge or progressive metal genres.  It isn’t that I try to like those genres in particular, but I just tend to enjoy them most.  I’m also a sucker for anything with a southern influence because I love blues and I love the New Orleans music scene.

I am also pretty nice and love to meet people so e-mail me if you want. I am  sensitive and my interweb feelings are easily hurt so don’t email me if you’re gonna tell me I suck, unless you want to tell me WHY I suck and offer constructive criticism. Then I guess that’s ok.
